Placenta Encapsulation

Placenta encapsulation is the process where a placenta is transformed into pills that can be taken postpartum.  There are many benefits of placenta encapsulation including a decrease in postpartum mood disorders, increased production of oxytocin, a decrease in stress hormones, restoration of iron levels following bleeding after birth and increased milk supply.  DeVonne is bloodborne pathogen certified and has training in encapsulating your placenta using sterile techniques and tools. Encapsulation process takes 48 to 72 hours. Package includes umbilical cord keepsake, placenta capsules and tincture. Add-ons include: Placenta salve or Placenta chocolates

Breastfeeding Support

We offer in-home visits and virtual support options to assist new moms on their breastfeeding journey. Whether you want to breastfeed exclusively, pump exclusively or a mixture of both, we are here to support your journey. During our in-home visit or virtual meeting, we will troubleshoot your breastfeeding issues. We will discuss your diet, check baby’s latch, your position, your breast pump and parts and work through any issues you are experiencing. We will put a plan in place that sets you up for success to achieve your breastfeeding goals.  You will leave our meeting confident that you can succeed.

Not sure if you can afford a doula? Every mother needs a doula!
