• This is a hybrid birth doula support package that includes virtual doula support and in-person prenatal preparation visits.

• In-depth prenatal education and birth preparation, including virtual support webinars.

• Three in-person prenatal appointments (Two-hour visit where we will discuss your pregnancy, your birth vision, and preferences. These are customized based on your needs and desires. Typically, we create a birth plan, discuss comfort measures, birth preparation, and postpartum planning. Your family will feel fully prepared to advocate for your birth.

• One - in-person physician visit. This will include me accompanying you to a physician visit).

• Preparing for your baby: How to navigate practitioners, self-advocacy and creating your birth plan.

• Breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding support.

• Resources for dietary needs to align with your goals during pregnancy and optimal well-being.

• 24/7 virtual doula support (Phone/text/email & FaceTime).

• Breathing and exercise techniques to incorporate into your daily routine that have been proven to help with childbirth.

• Baby needs and resource support.

• On- Call 38 – 42 weeks for virtual labor support. We will be available during your labor to support you and your birth partner/family and provide ongoing support until the birth of your baby.

• Continuous birth support during labor/delivery.

• Relaxation and pain coping techniques.

• Assist new parents with the transition of a new baby (maintaining a healthy relationship, sibling adjustment/support, time management, household management, etc.).

• Two virtual therapy sessions with a therapist who specializes in women's health.

• Provide resources for parents after having a baby (checking on new parent’s mental health, resources on easing back into exercises, etc.).

• Prenatal care package for mom and baby.

• Extended postpartum services: 3 in-person home visits.

• Yoni Steaming Session: A restorative steam infused with herbs to promote physical healing and balance.

• Unlimited virtual doula support (Phone/text/email & FaceTime which will continue beyond in-person visits).

• Assist new parents with the transition of a new baby (maintaining a healthy relationship, sibling adjustment/support, time management, household management, plus more.

• Resources for parents after having a baby (checking on new parent’s mental health, resources on easing back into exercises plus more.

• Newborn care tips and soothing techniques.

• Strategies to assist new parents prioritize rest, bond with baby and recover from birth.

• Suggestions for utilizing family and friends for support – setting healthy boundaries for your family’s needs.

• Sleeping suggestions for baby.

• Quiet time for new parents to shower, sleep, and self-care.

• Hands on breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding support.

• Prenatal & Postpartum care package for mom and baby.

• Additional breastfeeding support and resources, if needed (infant positioning, latch, suckle, and pumping).

• Recommendations on food and organic herbal teas for new parents during the first days after delivery.

• Helpful tips on preparing to return to work and/or incorporating baby into your schedule.

• Light housework (tidying, dishes).

We will have a virtual conference call to hone on your birth preferences. You will learn about your birth options and customize a birth plan specifically for you. This package will include in-person prenatal/birth education sessions as well as continuous virtual support throughout your pregnancy. We will review comfort measures, breathing techniques, how to train your body for birth, labor positions and discuss your postpartum plan. We will be available virtually during your labor to support you and your birth partner/family and provide ongoing support until the birth of your baby.

We will be available up to four weeks postpartum to answer any questions that arise.
